Hello Bill. In response to the earlier message on my talk page, I looked into the user permissions. I have restored your previous administrator permissions and I expect this will allow you to continue doing the work you were doing before–let me know if that is not the case and I will reevaluate. As I'm still new here, I thought this was the most conservative course for now, and I'll wait to hear from John B. and the others. But I have no objections whatsoever to your contributions.
