Pinckney Lugenbeel (1820-1886) - Born abt 1820 in Maryland. Died 18 Mar 1886 at Detroit, Michigan: Aged 66.
Colville, Washington, founded in 1859, is one of Washington's oldest cities and began as a small settlement known as Pinkney City, named for Fort Colville 's Major Pinkney Lugenbeel.
