Albert Sidney Johnston (1803-1862) - Born 2 Feb 1803, Washington, Kentucky. Died 6 Apr 1862 at the battle of Shilo.
He was appointed to the United States Military Academy 1 Jul 1822 and graduated 8th of 41 in the Class of 1826.
