Per John Bray (whom I texted back in August), I should be taking this up with you. Minor, but with the best interests of (the new) FortWiki at heart:
I notice that I (i.e., my editor level) no longer have permission to run global-replaces; I would like to have that reinstated — you'll see from my previous edits over many years (under John Stanton) that I've been thoroughly responsible with the feature, of course. For example, right now I would like to do a global-replace of
"http://www.northamericanforts.com/"
BY
"httpS…"
Over the last coupla months there have been a few other things that would benefit from a global-replace; no longer remember what they were; but if they crop up again, it would be good to be able to do them.

Problem I can't fix
Fort Carlos III was the name, briefly, of the Arkansas Post, as that page correctly states; but when we go to Fort Carlos III, expecting a redirect, we get a very scrambled page, q.v. It's not something I or any non-admin can fix, since that "page" does not even give the Edit option!
