TPS-75 Long Range 3D Radar Set - A long range transportable 3D Radar set built by Westinghouse. Highly mobile, it can be totally operational in approximately one hour and disassembled in about 30 minutes.
The TPS-75 consists of two completely self-contained packages: an operations/radar electronics shelter and an antenna pallet.
The operations shelter houses two UYQ-509 color raster displays operator consoles and a digital target height readout. Each position includes IFF/SIF decoder/interrogators ground-to-air and ground-to-ground communications equipment.
The radar signal output of the TPS-75 is both analog video signals and combined digital output designed to communicate with remote direction centers and digital networks. The combined digital output includes range, azimuth, height, and IFF/SIF data.
