Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (2009-Active) - Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL) is a composite administrative management of support functions for the DoD installations in the Trenton area located at McGuire Air Force Base. The component installations retain their separate historic identities but the support functions are jointly managed by the 87th Air Base Wing of the United Air Force. Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst achieved operational capability on 1 Oct 2009.
