Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story (2009-Active) - Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story (JEBLC-FS) is a composite administrative management of support functions for the DoD installations in the Virginia Beach area located at Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek. The component installations retain their separate historic identities but the support functions are jointly managed by the U.S. Navy at Little Creek. Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story achieved full operational capability on 1 Oct 2009d.
