Zebulon M. P. Inge (181?-1846) - Born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. A career U.S. Army cavalry officer who served in the Second Seminole War and the Mexican War. He died 9 May 1846 at the battle of Resaca de la Palma, Mexico.

He entered the United States Military Academy in 31 Jul 1834 and graduated in the Class of 1838 ranking 45th out of 45.
