Fort Strother (1813-1814) - A Creek Indian War Fort first established in 1813 by General Andrew Jackson in St. Clair County, Alabama. Abandoned in 1814.
History of Fort StrotherEstablished in 1813 by General Andrew Jackson after the Battle of Tallassahachee in preparation for the Battle of Talladega.
