    • Assigned to Second Provisional Brigade, Fifth Army Corps, July 10

    • Left Columbus May 18; arrived at Camp Alger, Va., May 19

    • Sailed from New York City on steamship "St. Paul" July 6; arrived at Santiago, Cuba, July 10
