General George Crook


George Crook (1828-1890) - Born 8 Sep 1828 Taylorsville, Ohio. Died 21 Mar 1890, Chicago, Illinois.

Maj. Gen. Crook died of a heart attack in Chicago while serving as commander of the Division of the Missouri. He was originally buried in Maryland, but was moved, with his wife, to Section 2 of on 11 Nov 1898.
