Joint Base Andrews (2010-Active) - Joint Base Andrews (JBA) is a composite administrative management of support functions for the DoD installations in the Maryland area located at Andrews Air Force Base. The component installations retain their separate historic identities but the support functions are jointly managed by the 11th Wing of the United States Air Force. Joint Base Andrews achieved operational capability on 1 Oct 2010.
