Daniel Webster Flagler (1835-1899) - Born 24 Jun 1835 in Lockport, New York. Died 29 Mar 1899 at Old Point Comfort, Virginia.

He entered the United States Military Academy and graduated in the Class of 1861 (June) ranking 5th out of 34. Served during the U.S. Civil War. Died on active duty, 29 Mar 1899, as a Brigadier General, Chief of Ordnance. Buried in Arlington National Cemetery, Section 1, Lot 147.
