Mustered out of the service of the United States at Troy, Cohoes, Schenectady, Herkimer, Amster- dam, Whitehall,Glens Falls, Saratoga, and Hoosick, N. Y., October 26 to November 1, 1898, with 49 officers and 1,233 enlisted men. Casualties while in service: Officers- none. Enlisted men-died of disease, 32; deserted, 2.
