Seth Williams (1822-1866) - Born 22 Mar 1822 in Augusta, Maine. Died 23 Mar 1866 in Boston, Massachusetts

He entered the United States Military Academy and graduated in the Class of 1842 ranking 23rd out of 56.

Served in the Mexican-American War and the U.S. Civil War, breveted Col. for the service at the Battle of Gettysburg and Major General for service 1863-1864.
