Fort Sarpy (2) (1859-1860) - Established as a replacement for Fort Scarpy (1) by the American Fur Company in 1859.

Fort Sarpy (2) History

Fort Scarpy (2) was a 100' square stockaded fur trading post built to replace Fort Scarpy (1) at the mouth of the Big Horn River.
