Mission La Concepcion de Ayubale (16??-1704) - A Spanish mission established in 16?? in present day Jefferson County, Florida. Abandoned in 1704.

Mission La Concepcion de Ayubale History

Likely destroyed in early 1704 during Queen Anne's War by English and Creek Indian forces under ex Carolina Governor James Moore.
