Fort Boykin (177?-1862) - A Continental Army fort established on the site of earlier fortifications in 177? during the Revolutionary War in present day Isle of Wight County, Virginia. Named for Major Francis Boykin, who served on General George Washington's Staff. Abandoned in 1862.
