Fort Mortimer (1843-1846) - A Union Fur Company fur trading post established in 1843 during by Fox Livingston and Company of New York on the site of Fort William (6) in present day McKenzie County, North Dakota. Sold to the competitor American Fur Company at Fort Union in 1846.

Part of the Fort Buford State Historic Site, McKenzie County, North Dakota
