Mission Santa Cruz y San Bueneventura de Guadalquini (1684-1696) - A Spanish mission established in 1684 on present day Black Hammock Island in Duval County, Florida. Originally located on St. Simons Island, Glynn County, Georgia (1605-1684) and moved to this location in 1684. Abandoned in 1696. Also known as Mission San Buenaventura de Guadalquini.
