Mission Santa Fe de Toloca (1610-1702) - A Spanish mission established in 1610 probably by Franciscan Father Martín Prieto in present day Alachua County, Florida. Destroyed by British forces and abandoned in 1702. Mission Santa Fe de Toloca HistoryCurrent StatusPart of O'Leno State Park, Alachua County, Florida. Archeological remains only.
