Star Fort (1) (1862-1864) - A U.S. Civil War post established in 1862 by Union forces in Winchester, Frederick County, Virginia. Abandoned in 1864.

Current Status

On private Property in Winchester, Frederick County, Virginia. Earthworks remains are still visible. Managed by the Shenandoah Valley Battlefields Foundation.
