Flathead Post (1) (1812-1812) - A North West Company trading post first established by Alexander Ross and Ross Cox in 1812 near present day Noxon, Sanders County, Montana. Abandoned in 1812.

History of Flathead Post (1)

One of three similarly named trading posts established along the Clark Fork River and one post established between the river and Flathead lake.
